  • Communications information, including email and SMS preferences, consent records, opt-out records, support requests, and message-delivery status.

4. SMS and mobile information

If you provide a mobile number and opt in to Mobiliq text messages, Mobiliq may send transactional messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, quote updates, provider messages, payment notices, and service-related updates. Marketing text messages will be sent only when separately authorized where required.

Message frequency varies based on your bookings, account activity, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

After an opt-out request, Mobiliq may send one final confirmation message and will not send further messages for that program unless you opt in again.

Mobiliq does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be disclosed only to service providers that help Mobiliq deliver the requested messaging service, to the extent necessary to provide that service, or when required by law.
