Mobiliq legal

Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Mobiliq and include the conditions that apply to the Mobiliq text messaging program.

Effective date: July 21, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Cambridge Business Ventures LLC, doing business as Mobiliq.co, operating the Mobiliq platform (“Mobiliq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of https://mobiliq.co and Mobiliq’s related websites, marketplace, applications, communications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Mobiliq Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, activity under your account, and promptly notifying Mobiliq of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Marketplace role

Mobiliq provides technology that helps customers discover, request, book, communicate with, and pay independent service providers. Unless Mobiliq expressly states otherwise, providers are independent businesses and are responsible for their services, personnel, licenses, insurance, pricing, representations, safety, and legal compliance.

Mobiliq does not guarantee provider availability, service quality, outcomes, timing, licensing, background information, or suitability. Any trust or verification indicator will reflect only the specific checks or measurable information expressly described with that indicator.

4. Bookings, payments, and cancellations

Booking details, prices, deposits, payment timing, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility shown during the applicable transaction form part of your agreement for that booking. Payment status recorded by Mobiliq’s systems and payment processor is authoritative; a redirect, screen, email, or text alone does not prove payment completion.

You authorize Mobiliq and its payment providers to process charges, refunds, fees, and other disclosed amounts associated with your use of the Services. Provider payout, transfer-reversal, refund, and cancellation rules remain subject to the policies displayed for the applicable transaction and any separately approved Mobiliq policy.

5. Mobiliq SMS program

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Mobiliq about the message categories you selected. These may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, quote updates, provider messages, payment receipts, service updates, and, only where separately authorized, promotional messages.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Message frequency varies based on your bookings, account activity, selected preferences, and the messaging program. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop messages from a Mobiliq messaging program, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact support@mobiliq.co / (817) 213-6324. Mobiliq may send one final text confirming an opt-out. You must opt in again before messages for that program resume.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

Mobiliq does not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See the Mobiliq Privacy Policy at /privacy for more information.

6. Communications

You agree that Mobiliq may provide notices and transactional communications electronically, including through the Services, email, or text where permitted. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and communication preferences.

7. Reviews, photos, and user content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Mobiliq a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy and your applicable settings.

You may submit only content you have the right to provide. Content must be accurate, lawful, relevant, and must not infringe rights, expose sensitive information without permission, impersonate others, or contain harassment, fraud, malware, or prohibited material. Mobiliq may moderate, restrict, or remove content consistent with applicable policies and law.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, abusively, or to harm another person.
  • Do not access another user’s account or data without authorization, bypass security controls, interfere with the Services, scrape protected data, or introduce malicious code.
  • Do not misuse messaging features, send unsolicited communications, or use consent obtained for one sender or purpose for another sender or purpose.
  • Do not misrepresent identity, qualifications, licensing, insurance, pricing, reviews, payment status, trust information, or services.

9. Third-party services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment, mapping, communications, identity, calendar, hosting, or provider tools. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Mobiliq is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

10. Suspension and termination

Mobiliq may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services, investigate misconduct, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls, subject to lawful retention and unresolved transactions.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MOBILIQ DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MOBILIQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBILIQ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection or venue laws.

14. Changes to these terms

Mobiliq may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will identify their effective date. When required, Mobiliq will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
